It came about pretty much like the first installment &#8211; minus the journey to Norway. Ironically, there&#8217;s no <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mellotron\">Mellotron<\/a> on this song, not even cheap samples. There are some counterpoint vocals by yours truly.
