By now, I have made 104 52-second songs &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jutze.com\/52\">52 in 2010<\/a> and now <a href=\"http:\/\/jutze.tumblr.com\">52 in 2011<\/a>. Thanks to everyone who listened to my 52-second songs and said encouraging things and shared my little tunes with their friends and had fun along the way. I certainly enjoyed the ride! I&#8217;ll update my music page in the near future. Meanwhile, check out the last two songs &#8211; each in an extended video version:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AIP3wG-X_pY\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<a title=\"I Won't Be Your Mary Magdalen (YouTube)\" href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/AIP3wG-X_pY\">I Won&#8217;t Be Your Mary Magdalen<\/a>&#8221; is a homage to <a title=\"a great Dar Williams fan page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.darwilliams.net\">Dar Williams<\/a> and <a title=\"one of his newest songs, Your Guitar, on YouTube\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gx8lBBizezw\">Richard Shindell<\/a>, whose music I love love love! The lyrics became kind of meta &#8211; and I think they provide a nice closure for my 52-second song project. I&#8217;m looking forward to write longer songs in 2012, for a change. Actually, I might elaborate on this song fragment with my band Manticess.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DEp01J_s8-o\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<a title=\"Spoo for Christmas on YouTube\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DEp01J_s8-o\">Spoo for Christmas<\/a>&#8221; was inspired the science fiction TV series Babylon 5. In the series, a lot of folks enjoy eating spoo, which &#8220;<a title=\"Spoo?\" href=\"http:\/\/babylon5.wikia.com\/wiki\/Spoo\">is a meat based food product<\/a>&#8220;.
